Hebden Bridge Private Day Nursery

Meet the team

Catherine Grieff- Sea Lion Room

My name is Cat (short for Catherine) I have lived in the north for 11 years, some of that time I commuted from Lancaster to Hebden Bridge! I have been in childcare for a lot of years, even before I completed my training. Starting with my own four sons of which the eldest is now 31, I have enjoyed childminding for my friends children. I have worked and trained in a wide variety of settings including, schools, day nurseries and playgroups. My interests outside of caring for children are art, history, music, reading, and drama. I use these interests to great effect at work particularly with regards to topics on other cultures and religions. I hope to continue working in childcare until I retire and hope to have some grandchildren too! (in addition to my king charles dogs).
